The Lee Place consists of 318 ac. in native pasture with wet weather creeks, draws, mesquite,
hackberry and soapberry trees. The other 138 ac. of cropland in different fields is surrounded by
native pasture which makes excellent food plots.  This property is a hunters dream with whitetail
deer, turkey, quail, dove, and hogs. The property has plenty of cover for wildlife.
Rural water and electricity are already on this property.  The perimeter fences are in good shape
with one set of pipe pens on the southeast part of the property.  FM 104 is on the south side of
the land making it fully accessible in all kinds of weather.  It’s only 5 miles northeast of Paducah
on the Quanah highway.
