Nick Lee was born and raised in Vernon, Tx. He attended Northside ISD and he is an Alumni of Vernon High School. After a 12 year career at Oklaunion Power Station, Nick chose start his journey as a real estate agent in North Texas. Hello my name is Yaritza Valdez I am From Floresville, TX. I grew up on a ranch with my Mother, Aunt and Siblings. This is where I found my passion for the natural resources, untouched views, and the peace that land has to offer. From the cattle, horses, and pigs. This made
me feel like one with the land. All while appreciating what land truly means and how it should be appreciated. That feeling is just nostalgic when it comes to mind. When I moved to Selma, TX. I went onto school to become a Nurse, and succeeded in the Nursing community as a team player. While working in Nursing I started a business with my fiancé. Which has allowed me to do very well in sales and meeting all projected deadlines. To make those things possible I utilize leadership, hospitality, customer service, and beginning with the end in mind. This has allowed me to find and use my passion in sales. With myself motivation, self determination. Never to settle for no as an answer. Since being away from Nursing, the passion is still invested in me. That the beauty of land is where I am most happiest. I want to help others find that satisfaction of what land can offer to families and for all living beings. For the coming year I would truly like to finish off with a couple sales in farm and ranch; the most I can possibly generate. Thus, it being October I have two months to make something happen. In
regards to the coming year I am setting a goal for 50 million in sales. Which I feel may be a challenge, but I would love to get dangerously close. This would allow me generate passive income. By setting these goals I have a vision. nd it is to follow all, and any leads I may get. Marketing myself in all settings to generate leads.
I have friends who are Doctors and I would love to get them to think about future investments. I
have a great group of friends who are also investors and I would love to get them on board to
purchase more property for their businesses. But to reach these goals I do need a respectable
brokerage and a great team to support and flourish with.
